MM All Electronics horrible service, soundbar issues

Terrible service received from MM All Electronics. I had sent a 2 day old soundbar to them as it was not powering on.

MM All Electronics installed a new motherboard to the soundbar and then messed up the sound. I took it back and they sent it back with nothing repaired.

This is very annoying, and makes me regret buying a Samsung device as I have this meant I get to deal with such an appalling service.
