Missing Samsung Promo items
Entered into a Telkom contract in October for the Samsung A55. this contract included samsung promo items, fitbit and buds, registered 2 Nov 2024 as instructed. followed up 15 days later only to be sent from pillar to post. call ***,*** samsung wearables, ***, *** the samsung promo number just rings. WTH!

Samsung contacted me, arranged a conference call with samsung promo division, call was cut and they never called back to conclude the call .
delivery was supposed ot have been made 25 November 2024, still nothing.
i have tried *** no answer. please can have this resolved.
