Misleading product page

I recently purchased a Samsung Q-series HW-Q800C Soundbar to replace my aging sound system. The local Samsung web portal advertises the SWA-9500S surround speakers as an optional upgrade to have full surround sound capabilities, so I purchased the soundbar in the knowledge that I would be able to add these at a later date if the soundbar on its own did not suit my needs. Although the soundbar is pretty good it by no means accurately created an ATMOS sound bubble and the rear effects coming from it do not create much of a cinematic experience so I decided to purchase the satellite speaker only to find that these advertised speakers are not available in South Africa and will likely not be at any point. This is a dishonest practice on Samsung's part to advertise an upsell option on the local product page and then not make it available. It is essential for companies to be transparent about product availability and avoid creating false expectations.
