Misleading policies

First let me start by talking about samsung warranty policy firstly your they only cover your battery for 12 months then you pay yourself for replacement so here's the catch people you can only take it to authorised samsung centre otherwise your warranty expires so for the small town people you must drive hundreds of km to do a battery replacement or courier your phone and sit without a phone for who knows how long thats what they state ,and as far samsung care plus go they cleary state they only do battery replacements with a screen repair (so they actually state you must damage your screen before a replacement)so for all the small town people if you not willing to travel or send your phone away then don't even bother buying these products or take out samsung care plus
