Misleading Advertising / Forever no stock of promotional items.
i took out the Galaxy A35 with the promotional deal of receiving ear buds and a watch. this was approved in December 2024. i have not received anything to date. when called the Samsung call center it was said that they are still waiting for stock. this is the second time that the same excuse was made. WAS THIS MISLEADING ADVERTISING. I would assume so cause who does not know their stock levels before advertising a product. This was supposed to be someone's Christmas gift its now going into February 2025....totally unacceptable from Samsung.
