Misleading adverti*****t or hoax?

In December 2016 I purchased a Samsung Fridge and "received " a guaranteed reward of a weekend away at any Protesting Hotel. I completed the necessary details and sent it off. I then received some voucher or reference number. From thereon, everything went South. Following numerous phone calls I was sent from pillar to post and needless to say, a year later, I am yet to enjoy this "reward". I am utterly disgusted to think that the fridge cost 4 times more than this so called reward and they don't even have the decency to honour it. I visit Makro often and will make sure that potential clients are made aware of this "hoax"
