Microwave swop declined

<p>I've bought a microwave like this which is still under warranty, 1st it went in to replace magnetron, 2nd it went in to replace turn table motor, 3rd time the turn table boby, discovered they can't replace that due to the entire mounting when manufactured being sque, boils down that the machine is bought a dud. The 27th of last month samsung electronics SA approved the swop. Last week they declined it again. After several times i called still i get no service. Why if the service department discovered the microwave isn't repairable, they don't swop it out wile still under warranty? This is totally unacceptable, i would want to speak to higher management or the factory in this regard. I want my microwave swoped out please.</p>
