I am very disappointed and wouldn’t mind giving half a star to Samsung. On the 5th of December I app**** for a contract that comes with a promotional watch and EarPods, and was advised it will be delivered withing 7-14working days. Today is the 14th of January and still haven’t not received the delivery. Their email is not going through and the telkom representative that was assisting is not replying her email as well. This is a ****. People should not fall for their adverts that shows devices comes with other electronics. I wish i can cancel the contract but i am told 7days has passed and i cant cancel without being charged a cancellation fee.
