Melting Samsung TV - Samsung doesn't care
I paid R12 000 for a TV which started melting the plastic and almost set my house on fire. It obviously does not work anymore.
There are numerous reports of Samsung's TV's doing this, see below:

I called Samsung. They sent me to a backyard like TV repairer and made me pay for a damage report. (So more money) Because I cannot find the proof of purchase, Samsung just doesn't care about helping me any further. The TV is not repairable.
I am disgusted with the brand and will make sure consumers around me are well aware of the lack of interest Samsung has in their customer relations.

Kind regards,
Kind regards,
The warranty center response was good and kept me in the loop. Thank you very much Samsung for sorting this out!
