SAMSUNG CLEARWATER MALL

On 1st of July I brought my to the Samsung shop at Clearwater Mall. The reasons for me to take my phone for repairs it was because it had fallen down and the screen had a crack. The whole screen was dark and I couldn't see any picture or a word on it. It was diagonised whilist l was standing there the breakage was subsequently confirmed by the person that was attending to it. A fee of R2800 was charged for the damages and an agreement was reached for the Samsung shop to repair the phone. Apparently the phone was repaired and the shop called me for collection on the 6th of July of I comp**** and the phone was collected seemingly fixed on the eye as I saw it. But the screen was sticky and slow in response when I typed or pressed it. Little did I know that it could have been a faulty screen. I did not take it back to the shop immediately! Few days later when I woke in the morning the screen had lines and dark at the bottom . I took it back to the same shop where the initial repair was done for further check up! The guy that attended me this time confirmed to me that there was screen discoloration on the phone, but there was no breakage that was visible on the screen. The guy that was assisting me said he was going to use the machine to determine the cause of this discoloration and later issue a report. A report was never issued but a picture was sent via email showing a crack at the corner of the phone. The phone did not fall or get physical damaged while it was with me. The report of the status of the phone was issued as discoloration. I later after some days or weeks received a picture through email that the phone has a crack on it! But to my surprise there now shows a crack on the corner that did not appear in the first instance. So my suspicion is that the screen that was initial put on this phone was defective or the phone got damaged again in the hands of the Samsung shop at clear water mall. I have got nothing to do with the the second damage that is being claimed by the Samsung staff at clear water mall. The phone had no crack when I submitted it to the Samsung shop at clear water but there is a picture that show a crack on the corner of the phone! Even the report that was done when the phone was being taken in does not speak of any crack! So where does this crack come from? It is my take that the phone got a crack whilist it was in the hands or care of the Samsung staff and there samsung should take responsibility! Samsung is refusing to take responsibility! The very same technician that worked on my phone is the same that is operating at Samsung Eastgate mall! I wonder what kind of competence does this guy possess? His diagnostic reports are false! It's more of a **** than anything else! I cannot pay so much money for something that was never executed properly! I want my money back because I have been cheated in broad day light! The very Samsung company wants adjudicate on this case that everything went well despite all the glaring lop holes!
