Marketing ****

Samsung's BOLD claim to have a cracked screen repaired once for free is a complete lie just to get you into the repair centres to ********** for all your worth. I took my phone in for repairs to have the screen replaced and I still shocked and overwhelmed by what unfolded, in the end I felt like ***** - thinking if it sounds too good to believe it probably is! One, if you want your data to be backed up you would have to cough out to a fee of R280.<br> Two, because my rear casing had some dents and the camera lens (on the casing) was cracked they HAD to be replaced. I indicated that for me, the casing is not an issue and that they don't have to replace it. I was told that the Samsung's policy is that the phone must returned to you in same condition as Quality Assurance Standards during manufacturing and if you don't agree to this, you waiver the 'free' cracked screen warranty. Alarm bells went off. Three, I decide to leave a complaint on the in-store customer experience survey and guess what after spending 5 - 10 minutes when I submit my customer experience - A system error and no one in-store could provide me with technical support for the application! PATHETIC - keep your screen!!!
