Makro is messing with your brand!

I have never in my life thought that a big name such as yours will ever reach the point where the lack of service and quality is so poor. Your name being associated with Makro stores is a slap in the face, to say the least. Are you aware of how clients are being treated that purchased your brand from Makro? Do you know what a nightmare people are facing when they have problems with their appliances and log a call for repairs?? Do yourself a favour and check the reviews on this platform... I have purchased a Samsung Eco Bubble washing machine from Makro Cape Gate on 3 March 2018. I have purchased and extended warranty on the unit, which is still valid until 2023. In October 2021 the unit broke, the drum was unstable and made a very loud noise. Makro instructed Panaserve to collect the unit for repairs. My nightmare started that very moment... today marks 5 months since my machine broke. The unit has been up and down between my house and Panaserve workshop 6 times! And still, they delivered my machine not repaired. The mere fact that you associate yourself with Makro is pityful and a disgrace. I will seriously look into this if I were in your shoes.

Since when do you try and repair a appliance 6 times and still cannot manage to fix it properly?

I will definitely think twice before I purchase a Samsung again, if this is the headaches that comes with the appliance...
