making consumer suffer for their mess

I bought the Samsung stove in may 2013 with 2 yrs warrantee. Last year it started tripping the electric, i contacted them they requested the proof of purchase before they can fix it- i was told to give the technician that proof on arrival, which i did. We didnt have a copy and he said they need it for their record. So he took the only copy i had - said he'll send me the copy, which he never did. Now the oven is not working, since it'still under warrantee i phoned them again, i explained to the call centre lady that we no longer have the proof, she said since they have the info already it not a problem. The same technician came, i asked him about the proof he said he does not remember what happened to it. They checked the oven and said they will come back to install the damaged part as they did nt have it at the time. After approx 2 weeks i called to follow up. Samsung now say the cant fix the oven without the proof of purchase, we went to the store try to get a copy- they no longer have it on their system. So now i have fix at my own costs. They took my only copy, now i have to pay for their mess. I feel this is pathetic or maybe taking that proof was a way sabitaging the warran
