Magic filter not doing its magic

Bought samsung wobble tech wash machine from game last year November after my faithful defy gave me problems after over 15 years. My brandnew samsung Machine didnt wash clothes as clean and it came out full of lint despite having a magic filter. The agent from samsung said i must do a eco tub clean which i did and it worked for about 2 months. Now once again i have the same problem clothes come out with fluff and powerdery residue and white stuff are not clean still full of dirty marks. Can someone tell me what i am doing wrong because i never had this problem with my defy. Isnt this new magic filter suppose to work better. I am so so dissapointed in this machine it really is stressing me out. Im really not happy with the performance of this machine. Must i now do a tub clean every month. Please advice what i should do. Am i the only one with this problem because this new MAGIC FILTER technology is not doing what it is suppose to be doing WASH MY CLOTHES CLEAN AND FLUFF FREE.
