Made for Summer Flight Centre Voucher

I purchased a Samsung S8 from Vodacom in December 2017. Part of the deal included a Flight Centre Voucher to the value of R5000 which was being run by Samsung. To date, I have received emails asking for clearer (or correct pictures) of both the proof of purchase as well as the IMEI number on the device. These images have been supp**** in abundance and I have still not heard anything despite following up regularly, via email, as there is no contact number available. Could someone kindly look into this as I am aware that the last date for submission was 06/02/2018.
