BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. Still nothing. I was promised a new phone. 1day after m first review. Now you got 100000 stories each time I call. and I did send m details . You got everything. But now "I didnt book my phone in at smartlab" and "my you spoke to my husband about it" seriously. Im not even married and you dont have any other contact numbers besides mine.. I have sent you my jobnumber of samsung. And my divice was send the galaxy A3 . Cause its all ypu have now .... soo am I stiill waiting on people who keeps telling lies .its theft of smartlab And now a bunch of *****? What more samsung.
