Just had assistance form Mfundo from the Samsung customer services Head office... what an amazing guy; patient when helping. I really appreciate you my guy. After our call I thought I had to erase my data, but with your advice I managed to unlock my phone and its working fine. I'm very happy... SAMSUNG "Give the guy a raise"
