LOCKED OUT OF MY SAMSUNG S6 EDGE!
On Friday morning I woke up to my cell phone no longer recognizing my fingerprint so I was unable to gain access to my phone. It kept asking me for a backup password, which I didn't have - as it did not prompt me to set one when I set the phone up for the first time in January 2016. Eventually a \unlock via Google\" button appeared and i then entered my Google account details, it took me into the phone settings and I set a PIN as access to the phone. I thought everything was working but 2 minutes later the keypad appeared on the screen asking for the PIN. I entered the 4 digit PIN I had just created but it would not accept it. This went on all of Friday and eventually I went to Mall of the South to get help. The assistant manager, Keith, actually started laughing at me when I told him the problem and said it's a problem with the phones and I must come back tomorrow to speak to the technician. On Saturday i went back and saw the technician only to be told that \"sorry the only way is to wipe the device\". That can NOT be the only answer as I have valuable information on the phone. I am disgusted if this is the only solution as I only recently moved back to Samsung from I-phone!!!"
