Lies from Samsung manager!!!

Mid year 2019 my wife and I Purchased a Samsung 13kg washing machine which is said to be their "flagship" machines ... We had endless problems with it which included it not washing our clothes properly and flooding our house! The store of which we had bought it from swopped it for another one and we experienced the same issue... We had met on a certain day with the store manager to discuss a solution and he said that a manager from Samsung will be joining us... On that day they where setting up stuff in the game store for their machines to be displayed... The manager for Samsung firstly arrived very late for our planned meeting, we explained our problem and he took our number down saying that he would get back to us about the query and see what Samsung can do. However until now we have never heard from this manager again. He **** to us and said he would sort it out but nothing has been done from Samsungs side to sort out our query and compensate us for our problems that we had with their flag ship machines! It costed us alot of time Effort and money to sort it out. Samsung needs to play Their part aswell in the problem and sort it out. We are a couple that is furnishing their house item at a time and we pride ourselves in using the very best hence the reason we use Samsung so when we do experience an issue like this we expect at the very least for it to be sorted out.
