LIES DECEIT AND HORRRRRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I was browsing the Samsung Expo at Sandton City on the 09 May 2017 admiring the new Samsung galaxy S8 Plus when a Samsung representative approached me and PROMISED that if i purchase a new samsung galasy s8 or s8 plus or if i upgrade my contract i will receive a free Samsung Gear S3 watch. I asked the representative what proof do i have that what you saying is true, the representative wrote out a voucher which entitles me to a Samsung Gear S3 watch. My contract was due for an upgrade and i was going to upgrade to the latest Iphone 7 Plus but because being offered such a great deal with proof that i was going to receive the watch, I upgraded my contract the same day at the MTN Store in Sandton City and got myself the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. I immediately went to the samsung expo when the representative told me the new stock will be coming in on Friday.</p> <p>I went early Friday morning 8am and waited for the Samsung Expo to open and waited in the line for over an hour. When it got to my turn the Samsung Representative very arrogently told me that there is no stock and upon me showing the voucher for proof that i am ENTITLED to the watch as PROMISED by there Collegue that if i upgrade my contract to the samsung galaxy s8 plus i will UNDOUGTEDLY receive the watch hence the voucher for proof, the representative insisted very arrogently and abruptly that i should return the voucher as there is no promises that they will receive any stock of the Gear S3 and stated there is no use for the voucher and it will not work .</p> <p>I insisted on the managers number and after numerous arguments stating my case, one representative gave me who they claimed to be the managers number. I tried calling a million times and until now there is no answer.</p> <p>The Expo is going on until Sunday and i am UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED by samsung that such a reputable company will lie to the public and Decieve the people in order to make sales.</p> <p>I am ENTITLED TO THIS WATCH AND IF I HAVE TO GO TO COURT WITH THE VOUCHER AS PROMISED TO ME BY SAMSUNG THAN I WILL DO THAT IF SAMSUNG HEAD OFFICE DOES NOT TAKE ACTION!!!!!!.</p> <p>I really wanted the iphone 7 plus and for samsnung to do this is beyond limits and something should be done!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>I was given the voucher and i will not return the voucher until my gear s3 watch is in my hand as PROMISED OR I WILL CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND TAKE THIS MATTER UP WITH MY LAWYER.</p> <p>IMEI: ********** ********** 2</p> <p>managers contact as given to me by the representative: ********** 435</p> <p> </p>
