lies and deception !
I see I am not the only sucker that was caught out by samsung's false advertising and empty promises.
I too was told I qualified for the tablet if I purchased the new phone. They go far and beyond to make sure you are unable to redeem your claim. They went as far as phoning me on my cell phone then their systems say my cell number is non-existent.
It is impossible to talk to anyone with authority at samsung. Today i am told "tough luck" you no longer qualify for the tablet. Vodacom who sold me the contract isn't any help either, in the matter. Basically, it boils down to false advertising and misleading the clients. I strongly advise that anyone considering samsung products thinks twice before falling for their lies and deception. Once they have your signature, they don't care at all about anything further.
Will never buy samsung again !!

Your escalations department are not bothered in helping at all.
I requested numerous times for them to send me the contact details for someone with authority.
I am told they dont know who?
Not sure what circus it is there, but surely people should know the chain of authority in their workplace.
I know it is just a coverup to play for time so they can say you no longer qualify.

Your conclusion - my loss. Well done to you all, you must save samsung millions by doing this to so many customers. I am sure you are all proud to say you work for samsung.
