Lies

I took my Samsung tablet to the service centre as my tablet wasn't switching on and was told R200 for assesment, which is fine, I get an email to say water damage, it will cost R1700 odd to fix or I get 10% discount if I give them the go ahead within 24 hours. I decided not to get t fixed as I knew there was no water damage, so took it to a local shop and all they had to do was unclick the battery connection and reconnect it for a fraction of the cost. How can Samsung lie about the water damage and charge so much, they can't be bothered to actually asses the problem, how many people are they doing this to and getting away with it.

I received a call from Samsung 12 July with some lame theory and they asked for the job card to be sent, I sent it through and have heard nothing since. I even emailed him again 1 August with no response. It is now a month later and nothing. Disgusting service.
