LIERS... PATHETIC... MESSED UP

On the 6th of January 2018, my Samsung S8 was taken to the Samsung store in Menlyn (next to new world) I was told that it will take 2h for the system to be rebooted (as they strongly believed this was the issue) I was advised that I will be contacted within 2h for an update. I was also told 6 times (not one not three times) 6 times by GOODWILL that they phone WILL BE BACKED UP before they send it for the part to be replaced. NOTHING I recived NO FEEDBACK. I HAD to call back 5 HOURS later only to be told that, “the the hardware on the phone is damaged and needs to be sent to head office to be reprocessed” WHEN WAS I GOING TO BE TOLD… what do they say “oh sorry Ma’am we thaught you were contacted” I was then told that it will take 3 days… Three days later after I have to call again, no it will take three weeks.. then no it will take 2 weeks then 5 days… DO YOU PEOPLE KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. Long story short… on the 8th FEB I get a call to say that the phone is ready to be collected. I am happy to hear this BUT… I am then told that the phone was NEVER REQUESTED TO BE BACKED UP … are you joking… you **** to me about the time frame, you **** about what was wrong with the phone.. YOU **** about backing up… YOU don’t even know what is going on. I have delt with many USLESS people but honestly GOODWILL, MELCOM and ATLIS are by far the worst. Carma is a *****… DO YOU REALISE YOU ARE MESSING WITH PEOPLES JOBS AND LIVES If I can give you any advise… do not go to Samsung menlyn… actually don’t even go for Samsung Lets see how long they take to come back to me now… hahahahah yea F%$#@#$ right
