So I got around to buy a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. Its a flippen expensive phone but not bad on contract. And I took 2. The lady at Telkom assured us that we will get a voucher for a cover and under our rewards a TV. Which I took gracefully cause I was quite excited for the TVs. We submitted our documents weeks ago and Samsung and Telkom assured us that the TVs will come....BUT....today I'm advised that MTN and VODACOM customers will only get TVs. This is utter Bull cause why did we get the run around all this time??????? We get lured into buying expensive phones with gifts attached but then there's no gifts. SOMEONE SOMEWHERE NEEDS TO RESOLVED THIS ISSUE BEFOEE I START BLOGGING THIS BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE CRAZY ALL OVER. I WANT MY 2 X TVS THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME!! ***
