**** about the Turn around time and callback updat

I have went to Samsung Smart Centre and the Agent /Consultant **** to me they will call me back for quote and my phone will be fixed within 4 days ,since today no one ever called me for quote/update or to collect my phone ,they only give me this number SS140568 .WHY THIS PEOPLE **** TO ME IF THE KNOW IT WILL TAKE AGES TO FIX THEIR PRODUCT OR UPDATING ME IF THEIR FAILING TO THEIR JOB. I CANNOT LEAVE WITHOUT A PHONE
