Lcd

I recently purchased an Samsung A72 were the lens got scratched so i took it of as it blurred when focusing, i picked up my screen keep on staying hot on the day i took of the lens i noticed my creen being an pink colour. Not taking notice i felt my phone overeating as i took it out of my pocket i notice the screen going pink and purple until it went black. I took it in to Vodacom at lakeside mall and asked for an report. They told me that the warranty is voided because i took of the lens as it is an electrical fault on lcd and i must pau over R3000. I called Samsung to ask how it is possible that taking of ghe lens can cause an electrical fault on the Lcd. All they day refer back to the terms and conditions......
