Laughing at the Customer

<p>My phone samsung Note 5 fell on the floor and i took it to samsung smart centre in Constantia. My phone stopped working when the screen got damaged and now i am told that it stopped because of a water damage which i find amazing. The question is how can the phone fall down and stop because of water damage? I am pleading with samsung to please repair my phone.</p> <p>Also the lady who is sending me the qoatations is very rute on me because she send me provoking emails when i enquire about my phone. Like the telling me i can write anything but the qoute stands. My job number is ***</p>
