LACK OF SAMSUNG SPARE PARTS FOR REFRIGERATOR

I purchasedal a Samsung side by side refrigerator In 2015. This fridge worked perfectly and after a loudish noise, stopped working a few days ago. I called out a technician who diagnosed that the mother board needs replacement as well as the board that drives the display temperature etc. I then called Samsung in Springfield Park, who stated that this model mother board is not manufactured any longer I must try Hirsch Appliciances. My disappointment and frustration levels have now soared as a Fridge that costs us R20k in 2015 has broken down and has to be *******ed and replaced because Samsung does not carry spare parts. Speaking with other people in that industry, they share the same sentiments to Samsung lack of availability on spare parts, bad service and the high costs on replacement parts appears to be the narrative for Samsung spare parts and obviously bad service. I don't believe that a fridge lifespan is just 9 years and Samsung refrigerators sucks to me.
