Lack of interest to respond to calls and emails

I have been trying to call Samsung stores across Gauteng for the passed two weeks non of these stores ever answer their phones which I feel is unacceptable we as customers sometimes can not go into a store as we work so we use phone calls and emails to get through to the stores but not even emails are responded too. Highly disappointed with the service.
