<p>Just wonder if Samsung knows how absolutely pathetic their service centre in Constantia Kloof is.</p> <p>I had to deal with them a year or so ago.</p> <p>They were pathetic then and nothing has changed since.</p> <p>Nobody answers their telephones so I can’t even rate the rest of the service.</p> <p>Absolutely hopeless</p>
