Just stay away from Samsung Appliances, simple as that!
bought samsung dishwasher, 'top of the range'. plastic clip broke, no idea how the specific clip can even break. worst dishwasher, even worse service.
Trying now two weeks to get the technician 1km from my house to come replace it. Samsung call center puts phone down on you, samsung 'authorized' repair center dont know who you are when you call each day and tell you to bring in the dishwasher and ask if you already brought it in, never once have actually called me, I am always the one doing the calling.
Pathetic service all round, do not buy samsung appliances!

26 Jan 2021, 10:02Still waiting for Samsung to fix this issue. It is today 2 weeks since reporting problem with ZERO progress. Who do I speak to for a refund on the machine? I will go with another brand instead. In 2021 the world have enough issues to have to deal with such pathetic service
