So its now almost 4 weeks since i handed my phone in for "repairs" Almost 2 weeks ago atleast they said that i will get a replacement. And here i am still waiting. I think ive spoken to all the people that works at samsung. They always promise you that they will phone you back but guess what... THEY NEVER DO!!!! IVE BEEN VERY PATIENT till now. Im paying R1250 per month for a phone that i do not even have. I had to resort back to my old nokia 3310. Lol. But all jokes aside. Im really considering moving over to a iphone, atleast they give better after service care. Even huawei is a better option at this time. So come on samsung, amuse me with yet another exuse.
