Items not received, but full payment expected
I bought the new Samsung A54 together with the with the Watch 5 through Telkom.
To date i have not received my watch, yet i'm paying for the contract as a full package.
I've been to the store countless times and they keep saying they will call me. I've still not received a call or an update. Why should I be liable to pay for what i don't have?
