It is time to leave Samsung because they seem to be leaving SA

Firstly, can I please have a refund of my national telephone call from Joburg to Cape Town for a SIMPLE support phone call. !!!

I have a Samsung C460/FW/XFA multi function copier and the rollers are not picking up the papers. I went to your service centre in Constantia Park West Rand - which no longer exists. When I phoned your call centre they told me that HP was now dealing with Samsung printer and I was to call a CAPE TOWN number (I live in Gauteng) for help. I then had the fortunate/misfortune to speak to someone in ROMANIA who could not help me.

I can see it is time for me to get rid of my Samsung printer, fridge, TV's and cellphones.

I do not want or need your, now, useless phone support. I need an actual physical repair. What do I do now, apart from getting rid of all of my Samsung items in the months going forward?

Samsung has decided not to service/repair their printers any longer in South Africa. Your designated service provider for printers, Introserve, has quoted me close to R1,000.00 to replace two small rollers for picking up the paper. I refuse to pay this amount to them, I will collect my unfixed printer and will be purchasing another printer/scanner but MOST DEFINITELY it will not be a Samsung printer. It is a pity because your customer service used to be so good. To everyone out there, my recommendation is that you stay away from Samsung printers going forward.
