ISO/SABS conformity on Samsung Air Conditioner Units - license expired

They are incapable of returning mails or calls regarding a simple request for the updated ISO certificates on their A/C units. Their current conformity license (sent from external supplier) expired in Jan 2022. The question begs, if Samsung HO cannot supply and updated license, what does this mean on the safety regulations of the current line-up for these units? I have been consistently attempting to get an answer from Samsung SA for the last 2 weeks with no finite answers - the most hilarious one to date was a referral to ISER (google it). If any company in SA has a contract to design and install their product in Botswana (for eg.) , I would strongly suggest you look at another supplier as the requirements from the Bureau is that you apply for certification on the units with the requirement that there is an updated letter of conformity. I have a pending project that has been designed and ready for shipment and the entire process is being held up by the lack of communication from Samsung Electronics. I wish you all luck
