Is Samsung running a **** to get customers??

In February 2023 Samsung had a special that when you hand-in your used phone one will get a discount on a new phone of R10 000 PLUS a Samsung tablet. For the Samsung tablet one had to register on a website the internet which I did and I received a reference number. Since that time everything is very quiet from the Samsung side. I contacted Samsung in the mean time already at the number giving on the Internet. Today, the fourth time I phoned, I got a number of their marketing and promotion branch. I am holding on and listening to music for about 40 minutes.

I have the impression Samsung is running a **** here with promotion, to get customers, which they never even plan to honour.

I am very disappointed in Samsung. Even their shops, in this case in The Mall of Africa in Midrand Gauteng, told me they can not help me.
