IS Samsung really good.

I bought two cell phones, A33 G5 from Incredible Connection. One has absolutely zero issues, the other will not charge unless you restart the fone, so, I have been back to where I purchased the fones three times, they said samsung knows about the problem and are working on it, they will contact us,it's a software problem, so, I went to the Samsung store in Tygervally hoping to get a better response and they said,, sorry you didn't purchase it from us therefore we can't help you. We are now getting pretty tiered of the run around and time is going fast and then i will most likely be told,,,,sorry the warranty has expired. So What Now.....
