Is Samsung busy with a ****?

Is Samsung busy with some kind of ****? I "received" a R4000 MSC cruise, because of an offer Samsung made in Dec 2017. Have sent various mails. So far l've been contacted by 5 people from ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** and ********** This is just ridiculous! The first time l send an e-mail was on the 6 Jan. It's now 21 Mar. Still no reply! Don't even bother to phone them!!!
