Is Resolution Revolution a lie?
My husband and I bought 2 Samsung products,motivated by the voucher deal that came with them.I subsequently sent the information required to Samsung in the email provided. I received a code and attached and sent the required documents.I received an email stating that I would be contacted within 10days.This was on the 31st of March.I have since contacted Samsung,to no avail.
Are you deliberately duping customers into buying your products by enticing them with unreal travel vouchers? Why has no one responded?
