irritated client

well i ordered 2 phones from boitumelo moloko 2nd week of December 2021, i was suppose to get them 3days later, today its the 19th January 2022 and i still didn't get anything from him, i canceled my order told him i want my money back and still nothing, he keeps on saying he will sort it out and he does nothing
