INK bleeding on samsung flip z 4 phone (Follow up)

Thank you for the Ref Number:***. I have received an email closing the ticket ,because as you claim that your agents tried to contact me on few occasions. My issue is that you seem to be doing box tick exercise, because if you were serious about resolving the matter, your could have send me an sms, email or WhatsApp message, for me to expect a call on a specific date and time (in simple terms make an appointment). That way I could have made myself available(requested at my boss for a beak around that time) as the nature of my work, I'm not allowed to take calls. The email you sent me, just informs me without any report accept that i did not answer the phone, can i therefore assume that you had no intention to repair my factory related possible defect? And it also boggles the mind because, a reasonable person knows that in your determination(Costing) of gadget price, warranty is factored in, therefor everyone who buys a phone INFACT PAYS for the warranty which is always a problem when we claim it. My warranty is valid till October 2025. Its quiet disappointing that one buys your products in good faith ,and yet no reciprocation on your part.
