****ing bad of Samsung
Samsung send me a email that said I have won samsung buds last year i still do have the email and just after a day they send me another email that says " Oops you did not won" i have been trying for the the last 5 moths to get my gift from them i have all the proof and everything. Im a samsung user. And that email was was sent from Samsung.I just want my gift that i have won The are ****ing bad and now the just apologized and said sorry. But im not going to leave it like that. I wish i can add screenshots

I want a positive outcome I have all the emails about 40 emails if this is not resolved I will go to the papers with this and let everybody know how ****ing bad Samsung really is. I want my prize that Samsung said I have won I am a loyal Samsung phone supporter. Own up to your mistake.I want a answer asap. I have all the emails. Samsung will be very sorry.
