inferior replacement parts at Samsung

I have recently been to Samsung to have a screen repair, I have had the phone for almost 2 years and have dropped it many times and been through alot before it actually did stop working , they had replaced the screen for me and I fetched my phone which worked perfectly, I had the phone for 2 weeks and take it out my pocket the one day and find the screen all funny, before it actually went completely blank, I take the phone back to Samsung and they find the screen is cracked, you have to look closely to see it is cracked inside. I asked how that is possible as the phone was in my pocket, they say it's my fault and it cost R2200 to be now replaced. I was told with me sitting or bending it causes the screen to crack, how many people have phones in there pockets daily and that doesn't happen so easily, I have had the phone for 2 years and that never happened to the original screen, I had to now purchase a brand new phone, I had no contact since and now I could only post my review. It's sad how a customer is told and not understood and at any time the store can put the blame into the client. It would have been acceptable if I had dropped the phone and it for damage. The screen that's fitted on now looks still brand new and has the new plastic on it.
