Inferior Product!!!

I am extremely appalled with the quality and functionality of my device, being a Samsung S4. I have now had this device replaced 4 times already within an 18 month period and have now had it booked in yesterday yet again. It is actually quite sad that with a reputation in the electronics sector, Samsung has manufactured a product that is extremely disatisfactory. For the average consumer, this device does not come cheap and one could only expect that the durability and functionality of this device should add value but instead I am faced with disappointment after disappointment.<br> For someone that has been loyal to the Samsung brand, I now question the integrity and also the functionality of other Samsung products purchased.<br> <br> Extremely dismayed and I now have a loaned phone with very basic functions that limits my day to day operational requirements.<br> <br> If I'm paying my hard earned cash for your product, I should atleast get my monies worth out of your product and not just lasting a few months at a time.
