Inferior Parts

I have the two door water and Ice dispense Fridge. I have to replace parts annually and it keeps breaking on the same spot. This time I actually tried to order parts instead of calling out an agent. Every time I have to buy unnecessary items just because Samsung say its a unit and cannot be ordered on its own. I need an Ice tray for automatic (plastic tray) Samsung say I have to buy the Unit at R900.00. Item no 2 That pushes out the Ice at R800.00.

"A senior customer service executive " I hope that was not a senior customer service Executive. He phoned and said he will get the part for me. He never called me back until I complained on Fbook . I got blocked from Samsung Facebook page because they don't want negative feedback. I had to buy the Ice tray from E-BAY. The price 4.99 DOLLARS. I had to pay all extra charges but it was still cheaper than buying the Unit for R900.00 It was possible for Samsung to go out of their way to get this ice tray for their SA customers because it is sold like that all over the world but not in SA
