Incorrect Information Provided

<p>I have a Galaxy s6 Edge phone which I cant use as the screen is stuck on the opening screen displaying SAMSUNG Galaxy S6 Edge and states Recovering Not Seandriod Enforcing.</p> <p>We took the phone in to the Samsung SmartCentre in Constantia Park and was advised that the quote to fix the motherboard on a phone which is still under warranty is R3000+????</p> <p> </p> <p>When we contacted the Smart Centre this morning to enquire about this we were told that the quote was possibly for the cracked screen (which was cracked in the 1st year but now conveniently is no longer uunder warranty - even though no communicationwas received on this?)</p> <p> </p> <p>When we questioned how we could be quoted to fix a screen we did not ask to be fixed we were advised that the query will bbe escalated and the phone call was ended rudely by Kagiso, with her slamming the received down in my ear.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable I did not ask for the screen to be repaired I asked for the phone to be fixed, the screen has nothing to do with the mother board of the phone????????!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect to be contacted with a solution on how and when I can expect this phone to be fixed!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your call centre has a beatiful message regarding the world-class service offered by Samsung????</p> <p>I suggest that you start living up to the promises you make to your clients!!!!</p>
