We purchased a Samsung Freestyle Projector from the Samsung store in Mall Of Africa. The sales consultant provided us with incorrect information on the product, she said that the projector can operate for 20hrs during loadshedding, this information is incorrect as the projector can't function without being plugged in. We then requested information on a power bank to run the projector we dealt with 3 different sales consultants and its been a month later and no feed back has been received.
