I'm not happy

I entered a Samsung Flip Z competition, got an email saying that I won, I should provide them with my details to deliver the phone, when I did that I got another email back saying that the message was sent in error, how is that possible because I entered the competition? They should stop playing with people's emotions, if I did win they must just send the phone to provided details, I even sent them a tweet of which they did not respond to. How unprofessional..
