I’ll never buy from Samsung online ever again
I am very much disappointed with Samsung South Africa. I bought TV on Thursday and they said it would be delivered by Monday but guess what even today I haven’t received it. No communication whatsoever. I contacted them yesterday I was told they investigate and come back to me, they never. Contacted them again today and the agent called me to tell me that he doesn’t know why the TV has not been delivered yet. Apparently he called the responsible team and they told him they call me. I’m still waiting for the call even today. I’m very much Disappointed
