If you need a repair on a Samsung mobile, perhaps you should avoid the V&A outlet.
I needed a repair on one of my Samsung mobiles and phoned around asking for prices. The 3 I telephoned were pretty much aligned, lets not go into that aspect, within about 5% of each other, however when I telephoned the Samsung store at the V&A Waterfront they quoted a price that was over 20% above the highest of the other quotes. Perhaps when any other Samsung client is looking for a repair they should avoid the V&A store totally.

When you bring in your device for repair, we’ll need to inspect it to determine what’s wrong with it. For that the service center may charge according to the technical findings.
They will then give you a quote for the repairs. If you accept the quote then they will continue with the repairs.
